As a Radon Mitigation Specialist I perform the process of reducing or removing radon gas from buildings or homes to make it safer for the occupants. I have extensive experience in sub-slab depressurization, sub-membrane depressurization and sealing cracks and openings.
Timber Harvesting and Timber Stand Improvements (TSI) are another line of work I perform for a living. I specialize in cutting, gathering, and removing trees from a forest or wooded area for the purpose of utilizing the wood. It’s a key component of forestry management along with TSI which focuses on enhancing the health, quality, and productivity of a forest or woodland area.
I also have years of experience in carpentry and masonry and have built houses, sheds, decks, and accomplished multiple paver and concrete projects in both New York and Florida.
Hobbies & Favorite Passions
I enjoy fishing, hunting, playing ice hockey and weight lifting. I especially take pleasure in deer hunting with my father down in Naples, NY on 30 acres of land that I own. My grandfather hunted that land back in the 1950s. Its a special place for me. When I'm down in South Florida I enjoy traveling and spending time on the beautiful beaches and coastline.
